Äggröra med sikrom, olivolja och koriander

    Perfekt som en lätt förrätt i denna sommarvärme. Krämig äggröra med sikrom, koriander och olivolja 4 port 8 ägg 1/2 dl blancherad purjolök 1/2 dl gurka, hackad gräsig olivolja (Itrana, colli del tifata) 1 dl sikrom 1/2 dl crème fraiche 1/2 dl hyvlad manchego Häng av sikrommen någon timme innan i en finmaskig nätsil. Dela och skölj purjolöken ordentligt. Skär den i den form du önskar, blanchera den hastigt i saltat vatten, sila av och låt svalna. Kärna ur gurkan och hacka den i önskade bitar. Hyvla manchego ost på det grövsta på zestgärnet. Vispa upp äggen med crème fraichen, lite olivolja samt salt och peppar efter […]

They have all went through tough challenges and today it was The 5 Star Challenge, the remaining bartenders was tested behind one of five different leading hotel bars in London, including the Savoy and the Langham. Next they combined writing and mixology with literary inspired cocktails for the Cocktails and the Written Word challenge. 16 bartenders made it through to the final cut after todays elimination.
